About Stephanie

As a 30+ year Harford County resident and former Army National Guard Captain, Stephanie has dedicated her service to community-centered leadership.

Listening to the community has always shaped her work, driving her commitment to responsible growth, community outreach, and strengthening the quality of life across Harford County.

Reviews and makes recommendations to the Director of Planning & Zoning on master plans, zoning maps, and related regulations, and may also be asked by the County Executive or Council to review other planning matters.
