About Stephanie

She and her husband, Adam, are prior military officers who have called Harford County home since 1994 and have lived in Fallston for over 20 years, where they raised their two sons, Alex and Nick. Together, they share strong family values, a commitment to service, and deep ties to the community they call home.

Stephanie brings with her more than a decade of civic involvement and community leadership, serving on the Fallston Community Advisory Board and the Harford County Planning Advisory Board.

She is also the President of Friends of Harford, a nonprofit dedicated to responsible land use. Through this work, she analyzes zoning legislation, organizes public forums, and leads engagement efforts to strengthen civic participation across the county.

Her record of service extends beyond community advocacy. Stephanie served 12 years in the Army National Guard, advancing through multiple leadership roles and concluding her service as a Captain. That experience instilled discipline, accountability, and the ability to navigate complex challenges—qualities she continues to apply in her work on behalf of Harford County residents.

She will be a leader who listens—making decisions alongside our community.

Stephanie has always put the community at the heart of her work. She’s committed to building a future where growth is balanced, neighborhoods thrive, and every resident shares in a stronger Harford County.
