For more than a decade, Stephanie Flasch has been showing up for Harford County residents.

Long before running for office, Stephanie was attending meetings, studying zoning and land use issues, advocating for responsible growth, and helping neighbors understand the decisions impacting their community.

As a member of the Fallston Community Advisory Board, the Harford County Planning Advisory Board, and President of Friends of Harford, Stephanie has earned a reputation for doing the homework, asking the tough questions, and putting residents first.

About Stephanie

As a 30+ year Harford County resident and former Army National Guard Captain, Stephanie has dedicated her service to community-centered leadership.

Listening to the community has always shaped her work, driving her commitment to responsible growth, community outreach, and strengthening the quality of life across Harford County.

  • Reviews and makes recommendations to the Director of Planning & Zoning on master plans, zoning maps, and related regulations, and may also be asked by the County Executive or Council to review other planning matters.

  • Serves as the liaison between the Fallston community and Harford County government, leading public meetings and advising the County Executive on local priorities.

  • Leads a nonprofit dedicated to land-use advocacy and responsible growth. Analyzes zoning legislation, organizes public forums, and engages residents to strengthen citizen participation.

  • Collaborated with local officials and residents to address infrastructure challenges and growth concerns, supporting community-driven planning initiatives.
